Within the past two weeks I purchased a 2015 RCF with 15k miles on it. Love it! But, just curious about dependability/reliability of using it as a daily driver. I researched the stock Michelin tires and most everyone in reviews loved them, the ride, and longevity for the type of tire they are. They should run in the neighborhood of $350 +/- each. Just curious about other typical costs to expect. Don't plan on taking it to the track...but do like to get on it every now and then of course. Appreciate feedback from people who have had them awhile. Thanks guys!

I do my oil change/maintenance every 5k, typical cost is around $200.

An alignment and oil change at my local Lexus dealership was like $280. Tires range from $245 to $320 staggered sizing. I requested a quote for brake pads and rotors on both axles and my dealer and a local Indy quoted $2k+ for Brembos. I have fixed suspension so that’s not an issue. The GSF triple LED headlight is like $1700/each to replace. The carbon fiber spoiler on the GSF is $3k to replace so I’ve heard. My main concerns are brakes/rotors and those headlights! I’m assuming there’s overlap with the RCF for some of this stuff.

I was wondering if anyone on the forum has tried to get 2 brake pad cycles per rotor cycle on their Brembo-equipped RC-F. I see the minimum thickness on the rotors reads 26mm. It would be nice if it was possible to get 30K-ish miles out of a single set of rotors. Obviously, cost is an issue, but it seems a waste to throw away rotors after 15K miles of gentle city driving. Not planning on taking it to the track....yet.

I agree. On all of my cars I always mic the rotators to see how close to the min limit they may be. If there’s still a decent amount of meat left I always reuse them. I will do the same on my GS F. Having said this I don’t now how rotator friendly the stock pad are. Some pad compounds can really chew up rotators. This is done for braking bite and fade resistance.

Has anyone changed the Transmission fluid or Rear diff fluid (in both the differential and both rear clutches used for the TVD)? If so, what was the cost? I’m looking to change both since the car is at 82K miles
